Deborah Finch is a principal at DM Consulting Group, where she is extensively involved in the firm’s business valuation and ownership transition consulting practice. She advises architecture and engineering firms on incentive compensation plans, buy/sell agreements and other strategic ownership matters.
Deb is Accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA and is a Certified Valuation Analyst. She brings 25 years of prior corporate and individual tax consulting experience, combined with extensive expertise in valuation and ownership transition, to support A/E firms nationwide. Prior to joining DM Consulting Group, Deb spent 10 years in private industry, further enhancing her practical, client-focused perspective.
